This endpoint operates as the programmatic gateway for Project SHIEI client nodes, proctoring consoles, and institutional examination clusters. All transactions require mutual attestation and cryptographic verification.
Direct Browser Access Restricted. This interface does not accept interactive end-user sessions. Unsolicited requests, automated scans, or anomalous handshakes are logged and subject to rate-limiting policies.
